Amazing, whole package, from everyone from top to bottom. Extremely surprised as a first timer. I feel at ease, well looked after ha team of medical professionals who obviously care a great deal about what they are doing. I am in a very unhappy place at the moment, with the teams help I'm in a better place. This is a good thing. Total respect to you all.

The staff are wonderful upbeat and positive whilst being extremely respectful and attentive. The atmosphere is also a lot less sterile than the hospital.

Nurse and carers were very ind,always there. They made me welcome. Being on call with a smile morning, noon, and night.

My 89 year old father has received fantastic care and attention. The family have been well informed about his condition,treatment and welfare. We are confident that he is in the best place for his current needs. Thanks to all the staff.

If it was possible it would be better to have patients that cough or make noise in a different ward as I have been unable to sleep. And I'm also worried about catching germs.And to many visitors disturb me.
