We needed equipment, and within hours we had received confirmation that it had been ordered and was being delivered. All in all it took 24 hours to get it. Which was so good, I couldn’t believe it.

Because of the situation with Covid, I've not seen anybody, only had phone calls. But I've been happy because my husband has medications in place now. Really good help.

Haven't used the service much. Everything is positive. Nothing to complain about. Look forward to it being there in the future. Reassured.
