It was the paramedics Chantelle and Lara who attended and spoke with yourselves regarding the best path for myself at the time they were called for my daughter Kerry. The care and understanding of my needs was of great comfort to me and I felt complete trust in the decisions of both the hospice and themselves of what was best for myself, Thursday 26/11/2020 evening. I look forward to the calls I receive from your nurses and care staff and thank you all sincerely.

We have received nothing but professional, caring and empathetic advice when dealing with anyone from Pilgrims Hospice. Throughout the pandemic our dealings have been mainly on the phone.

I have not received any 1 to 1 care yet. I have been contacted by a counsellor and that was lovely. I was able to talk to her about things. I will be letting the Pilgrims Hospice know when I want their support in the future.
