Due to virus, not being able to face to face contact often, you do great work but home visits are also very important to me. The nurses that came out to me were very kind and understanding to my needs. I found the visit very helpful and reassuring, Thank you.
The Outreach programme being able to meet others with cancer. Physiotherapy classes. Other classes available. Expert staff who you can talk with. During lockdown online services to help get through it.
Nurse was equiped with PPE and was very polite and knowledgeable and gave good advise.
Whatever I have done with you from courses on managing Breathlessness and how to fight Fatigue you or whoever it was taking the course have been nothing but perfect. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you.
Really good
.
I have had a couple of phone calls discussing my situation and how I am feeling mentally and physically. These are lonely times and its good to try and put your feelings into words. It gives food for thought. Would prefer to speak face to face, but not possible at this time.
Please not I only attended Pilgrims Hospices for about 3 days back in February 2020 prior to the Covid-19 outbreak, for sociability day care. Everyone was very kind and positive and I hope to return there once the virus is under control.
Seeing and talking to people in similar circumstances in a carers capacity along with friendly smiley staff who offer such good advice.
