Before lockdown I was attending exercise groups to help with my mobility.
classes closed but have been doing online exercise.
have had regular phone calls to make sure I am ok and recently decided these not
necessary now as I have family support but hopefully can go to classes again
when things are open again.
Suggested improvements
At this stage nothing as far as my needs require.

It is a super team of happy, joyful people- well done.
It has been absolutely vital for me to connect with others over Zoom.

Would it be possible to have the I Want Great Care form in larger print please?
Could the Zoom session be longer? Could it include some Hospice news ?

I have always found the hospice care kind efficient and compassionate. Your counsellors offer useful advice on any problem I have had. The 24hr helpline is very useful when pain and other symptoms make me confused at night. I would be really lost and depressed without them.
