Because the telephone conversation was very thoughtfully handled with the caller prepared to listen to, and address any queries in a friendly manner.

The overall experience was very good. Doctors visited and listened to concerns and answered honestly with compassion.
Suggested improvements
Regarding pain relief, each person is unique so the amount of drugs needed will be unique please be understanding and listen to loved ones who know patients strengths form experience.

Most staff are very good, but some i have found to be short with me. I felt rushed at times,but it I do take my time on some things.

I would like a side room as I like my privacy and I don’t want to share a room.
