I am answering on behalf of my mother who was cared for at home until she took her last breath aged 86 and myself. During the last three weeks of her life she and I as her carer and my father were supported by you. We were visited by your amazing staff who offered help and support and things that seemed a massive nightmare ahead of us moved to something that I understood. What to expect, what to look for, who to contact if my mother displayed any signs of distress or pain and what to do when she had taken her last breath. When I made contact day or night support was outstanding. Dr Bill came to our house twice to explain and guide us. Your staff also contacted me, to see how things were going and remind me that they were there and to call for anything. I will never be able to thank Pilgrims Hospice enough for what they did for us all.

I have absolutely nothing to suggest here. Everything you did for us was kind compassionate and exemplary
