On entering and making our way to reception, we met several members of staff, all with welcoming smiles. The lady at reception escorted us to the lower reception, where I was booked in and a cup of coffee provided. Nurse Lynda spent about an hour and a half, enquiring about my present circumstances and health and provided all the information we needed about the care provided by Pilgrims Hospices. Lynda was so thorough, kind and professional, that I, and my family were reassured about my, and their, future needs. A first class service, for which I am so grateful and impressed.
