Some of the questions were n/a to me- as I have POA for my mother. From my point of view- as the daughter of a 'patient to be' they have all been outstanding, and I have dealt with a lot of organisations recently- faultless/excellent. I have spoken with three different staff and they have all been outstanding. Cant fault them- they should train other organisations.

Nothing. Efficient. Did what they said they would do, promptly. Knowledgeable, kind, great empathy- you can tell they really care.
