After many weeks of care pain management has still not been 100%acheived communication with family could be improved staff are happy to help when family come into contact with doctors social workers etc but weeks could pass in between and follow up info isn't readily shared about e.g. Blood tests psychiatrist visits etc seeeing a doctor is tricky when family are working
