We could not get better care than we get at the hospice. Everyone is so friendly and they always remember your names, which is nice ,because wherever else you go they don’t have a clue who you are. When Jeffs End of life care form was not completed properly and the doctors surgery gave us one that belonged to another patient, not once but twice, Louise at the hospice said not to worry , she would redo it for us properly. We could not have been more grateful to her for her care and compassion , knowing that we had to go through making this twice. We have enjoyed the art afternoons, they were very sociable and Jeff has also had acupuncture , talking therapy, and now we are both having Reiki, which is very relaxing. We always enjoy coming to the Hospice, which we never knew offered so much, we would certainly recommend it . The only problem we have had is the parking when sometimes there are no spaces and with a disabled patient it can be difficult. Otherwise everything is excellent.
