All the staff speak to mum at every opportunity and explained to her what they are doing and why, she is regularly moved to ensure maximum comfort whilst at the same time, identifying and treating pressure points. Staff get to know mum personality and how she likes things done, she is given the greatest of care, treated with dignity and respect, they make a difference.
