I would like to refer to an article by Susan hill "the diary" in the spectator 15.02.20 (pg 9, column 3) The above exemplifies very accurately my own feelings about the service that I have had first hand experience and whilst the article in question targets a specific cancer team, the silent points raised, I feel, transferable to my situation here 'Being cared for so well and sympathetically turns the fear around', 'exemplary physical care', 'every single doctor, nurse, HCA has been unfailingly sympathetic, kind, reassuring, informative, patient and friendly'
