Myself and the family, intially so relieved that dad is here at the hospice, so grateful to the staff. The care is excellent and it is all so dignified, it's amazing. The fact that we can be here day or night to be with him when he needs us. You involve us all with care and everything has been spot on. From the domestic staff right up to the consultants the level of care is second to none.
