All staff and volunteers were so friendly and caring.
Amanda always made us feel best she had all the time in the ward for us, even though we know she has many other people to help too.
Great food.

Pilgrims hospice Ashford were wonderfully kind and caring to my husband (the patient) and myself (his wife). I can think of no improvement it was perfect and made my husband's last journey so much easier. It is also very helpful for relatives to be able to buy a meal at stressful times the nurses were angels.

Nurses are always here when you need them. They wait on you hand and foot.

Always a very difficult time is admittance day, but the carers directly involved were very sweet and welcoming. The nurse responsible for my wife was brilliant and I look forward to my wife responding positively.
