The staff are there for you. When I was in the Hospice, they moved me to another to room when I raised concerns regarding my neighbour's visitors. When I was in the hospice, I felt like there was no judgment. Treatment is top class.

Very sympathetic, but I am overwhelmed & confused with the number of the different people involved in the care. Confused that McMillan is not a part of Hospice service. Not clear on who does what. I don't have knowledge of what exactly the hospice can help with and what services are provided, so I am unclear on when I can and can't call. Dr Thorns gave us time to talk & made sure we understood what was being said. Staff is lovely.

Dr Saha was really personable & friendly. Was excellent. Came out to the house & advised us to go to hospital, even though he put himself at risk ( was wearing PPE). Dr Thorns very negative. He came to the house and asked if my husband was sure he wanted to have surgery, and that he can just come into the hospice instead. I felt like he was suggesting that my husband "might as well write himself off." Very negatively affected my husband's mood.
