What can i say other than your staff are just awesome. I was overwhelmed with the support, knowledge, care they offered and are supplying. Fantastic Aftercare

only thing was initial introduction over the phone id only been discharged after 10 days in hospital etc. etc to be greeted by Pilgrims Hospice. i had no idea about pain management you provide thought you had a bed for me!! perhaps introduce as pain management 1st!!

I receive a weekly telephone call from a Patient Welfare Office named Mel, except on the week I’m on chemotherapy which I enjoy immensely. A very encouraging and uplifting experience. 5 stars for this too

Peter came into see my husband and myself on Monday 18th January. Later the same day Crossroads telephoned me, as a result of Peter's visit and Tracey from Rapid Response Team phoned & carers arranged for the next morning , again as a result of Peter's intervention.
