DAD IS VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING BEING DONE & THE KINDNESS OF STAFF, ESPECIALLY AS HE IS COMPLETELY WITHOUT HEARING & CANNOT LIP READ.

The care has been exceptional. The staff have been friendly & caring and the food is first class. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for anybody. 5 Star Service!

Room is a bit chilly but were supplied with heater.

VERY KIND AND CARING NURSES & DOCTORS
NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE
ABOVE ALL, VERY COMPASSIONATE.

EVERYBODY GAVE 100% AND COULD NOT DO ANYMORE TO MAKE MY MUMS STAY AS COMFORTABLE AS AT ALL POSSIBLE.
