Carers, nurses, doctors, put me at ease and made a difficult part of my journey very easy. I was frightened but HCAs reassured me, especially Caitlyn, Hayley and Polly.

it was a wonderful place, they gave my husband and i confidence in his last few days of life. i cant thank them enough. Everyone was kind + caring not just the drs + nurses but everyone. it restored my faith in nursing. Thank you so much. i will never forget what you done for my husband.
Suggested improvements
To let my Son, Daughter + grandchild in at the final stages of life together. As long as quiete and respectful to others. it would have made the transition less painful.
