I don't think a 5 star hotel could improve on this pilgrims hospice.
The care and attention to both patients and families is second to none.
Such happy and considerate staff married with excellent facilities.
In our opinion no improvement needed.

All staff were very good and helpful, they would not do enough for you, parts of the day were busier that others, but there was someone always there to help.

I was able to have a bath and hair wash - from people I trusted and they were loving and kind.
The food is wonderful too.
