Everything could not fault. The care that you are given. Di not find fault at all. Nothing is too much trouble. They all need a pay rise.

To all at Pilgrims. From my new best friend and every member of staff thank you for looking after me so well. My decision to pass away in Pilgrims gives myself and family much comfort knowing I will be handed over from one group of angels to the next group of angels.

Everyone showed genuine care and support for the patient and the carer. The facilities are excellent.

The facilities along with the care and competence of all the staff, from the doctors to the cleaning staff and the inestimable contribution of the volunteers, made my wife's experience (and mind) as good as it could possibly be. Even the food is good!
The challenge is not to improve standards but to maintain them at their current high levels.

Emily and Una to make a couple or staff are very nice. However, the whole team from reception, kitchen cooks and staff. Nursing staff are all wonderful and the care they gave is second to none. A big thank you.
