Prompt communication with us, following GP referral , and offer of home visit. Face to face contact very much appreciated, Charlotte quickly understood the nature & depth & extent of our concerns. She addressed each one fully, offering practical help as well as advice. We feel able to contact Pilgrims ourselves even though we are not currently in need of active care for our family member, under the 'patient-led system'. Charlotte has put systems in place to help for both now & in the future. Efficient, knowledgeable, genuine, humorous.
