First walk through the main front door met with a friendly relaxed manner by a member of staff so totally put at ease. Staff have all been so relaxed and helpful I never thought it would be so nice. Every step of the way its been so nice to have the attentiveness of such fine people to take care of my mum up until her final hours when my sister joined her. The care given and understanding of all the staff has been nothing but exemplary. Take care and pride in all the good work you do. Thank you so much.
