The only word I can think of to describe my experience of this hospice is exceptional and that is not adequate. The staff, cleaners, carers, nurses, catering staff and of course the wonderful volunteers have without fail been both professional and cheerful and making a very difficult time bearable on my friend's behalf and mine, thank you.
