Without exception all staff so very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I was quite anxious about coming in, as I have not had very pleasant experiences with previous admittance to general hospitals, but I have been so very well looked after and you have no worries whatsoever as to coming into Pilgrims again. A real pleasure. Thank you.
