Only 1 negative comment - but it affected us really badly - our relative came in having been told she only had days to live - when we arrived a team member said "its not days" immediately our thoughts scrambled and we thought hB? "no - she said - longer - the patient passed just a few days later - perhaps it is not wise for staff to voice their personal opinion without proper evidence- however both this team member and all staff were otherwise absolutely fabulous - and we can not thank you enough for the care, support & compassion you show.
