The care and support to not only patients but family members is outstanding.
You're treated with dignity, made to feel at home and given peace which you need in such stressful times.
The care continues when you leave and the help and advice given from the whole team, especially Paula and the other OT's who came to my mum's home and went above and beyond to find solutions. Thank you.
