I broke my shoulder December last year, from when I went into A&E I was very well treated by members of staff. They explained the procedure of what was going to happen. Even though I was in alot of pain, I was put at ease. I was in A&E for around 3 hrs before i was discharged, but all the time nurse's were coming upto me to see how I was. Waiting time was no issue, as this was a Saturday afternoon and could see how busy it was. I went back last week to have a injection into my shoulder joint, 3 months on from breaking my arm. I was treated by Dr.Mohammed Sultan. He explained everything regarding the procedure, what to expect etc. Also the nurse's were great again. Yes it was very painful at the time, but my arm is so much better now. The expertise from the professionals is amazing.
