Waiting time was shorter. Lack of staff and staff very stressed and could not give time to the patients.
I was moved to CDU and already had a venflon but had to wait 1 hr 45 mins for morphine as the nurse had been taken to a different area.

I was not really with it when I came into A and E but I remember them speaking clearly and kindly to me.

The nurses treated me my well taking into account my bad sight hearing and mobility.
They were very respectfully and explained things well.
Cannot think of any improvements.
