From the time I arrived in A+E then on to MAU and on to ward 11, my care was first class.

All the nursing staff have been excellent. All very friendly and nothing to much to ask for. A very professional unit.

room & bed very comfortable. spent equal time on 3 wards. the best was the gynachology ward where everyone was so cheerful & encouraging. the staff on all ward were very efficient and always came when I needed them but were very rushed off their feet in the surgical ward, but still very kind. exception was one or two of the nurses in the brown tunics who did not show any interest & were rather off hand. did not see anyone clean the room or bathroom or empty the bins while I was in this ward.

nothing can be improved. all your staff showed great care and kindness, I felt extremely safe and made to feel special thank-you to everyone

Nurses and sisters very friendly, caring and helpful. Good atmosphere. Rooms are kept clean.

Before I came was against single room admissions I am not now I cannot fault any of the staff . Only problem access to Maidstone thats not hospitals fault, road is bad
