- Most staff very caring & respectful
- Fustrating when door was left open.
- Really needed help with nicotine addiction which no one seemed to understand
- Made to feel comfortable by most staff
- Fresh water was limited at times
- Clean, tidy quite relaxing apart from opperation pain.
