Good: Seeing the same midwives prior to admission - met Nicole Paulson at pre-caesarean discussion and was very good to see her again. Also Alex Fernandes- saw several times over the day of delivery and labour. Really good to keep seeing the same faces- felt building a relationship & felt known & understood. I'm not sure about having made orderlies serving & clearing food- especially as we are in single rooms- felt slightly vulnerable as semi- naked lots of the time.

All the staff was extremely supportive even though the hardest parts and they were all very sensitive about approachable all matters I felt I was in the best hands possible.

Most of the staff were very helpful, I had trouble with breastfeeding as have inverted nipples. Most of them were very encouraging but I did get made to feel that it was imperative that I did breast feed even though I really did by a member.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always happy to help no matter how many times the buzzer went.
