Good- well run clinic, fast appointments from referral, friendly & helpful staff. Given plenty of time at appt to discuss all concerns & question - never rushed.
Improvements- conflicting advice from consultant & midwives with regard. Suitability for birth centre, should align policies & communication to patients to prevent confusion & distress to patients.

Efficiency of being seen (appts). All midwives I have come into contact with have been lovely and explained all very well. The only issue has been the clinics where sometimes we have been seen very quickly and other times taken 1 1/2 hrs to be seen.
