The room was clean. Dr's instructions needed to be foolowed most nurses/staff were kind & competent, however others were v incompetent and were not aware of my condition. Some of the CSW's were asked to do things they were not trained for sometimes I went for hours without seeing a soul, which was v lovley & scary.
