When I say I want to pass water I want to do it straight away, not 5 mins later. I am 95 so do have trouble controling these things. Improvement is needed.

We are very grateful for the care my husband is receiving and the hardworking staff who work extremely long hours.
I've noted especially the caring, personal approach of staff who have worked hard to transfer Peter to Sevenoaks nearer our home.

All though I was a staff member I was seen quickley
