4 hours plus to be seen.
I understand that there were other patients to be seen but presented with stroke threatening condition and not triaged appropriately.
Causes such as stroke not ruled out by triage nurse - if it was, thrombolysis window would have been missed.
Doctors on phone and chatting constantly being ED through front door ? going out to smoke.
Patient left in pain.
