Very quickly seen by triage nurse and taken through to a cubicle.
Once in cubicle we felt slightly forgotten about-not often checked on no bedpan etc offered.
Not really given any updates on blood results etc. apologies now sorted!!
Told would be having a chest X-ray and rectal exam but nothing done 4+ hours later.
Obviously understand mat the department is busy but felt a bit neglected. My grandma (the pt) is elderly and coupled and was becoming quite distressed and upset at the situation.
