My mother suffers from dementia and had no memory. My brothers and I explained this to staff a number of times. e.g. a buzzer was left for her to use if she needed the toilet. This is no good as she can't remember what it's for okay how to use it. We felt that no one paid any attention to what we said and staff continued to ask questions she could not answer.
