Nuffield Hospital Ipswich

Although the process of getting an appointment and the staff in the x-ray department were very good and friendly, I was disappointed and annoyed that a week later, my doctor hadn't received the x-ray? After phoning Nuffield, I was told that it has been put in the post - in this day and age and considering the time our postal service takes to delivery anything, I find this totally unacceptable! The whole idea of paying for this x-ray was to speed things up, but I might as well as saved my money and used the NHS, who actually send your x-ray via email the same day!

Nursing staff were kind, considerate, cheerful and optimistic in manner which inspired confidence, catering staff were equally kind, extensive menu which catered for veggies, although I found the food to be too much, due to my lack of appetite post op. Physiotherapy and radiography staff all competent and approachable. Excellent care, couldn't fault it.

The ward and theatre staff took exceptional care of me and I was completely happy with my stay.

I’ve been looked after extremely well during my stay. Everyone has been the perfect amount of friendly, helpful and respectful of any of my worries and pain. I’m honestly very impressed and happy with my treatment and especially with how smiley and approachable all the staff are. Such lovely people taking great care of people in pain.

My son was very nervous as he had not had a procedure before. He was welcomed warmly by reception and the ward Clerk. Extremely well looked after by all the nursing staff. Facilities were lovely as well. Thank you

I had the best possible care, every member of staff I came into contact with was friendly and good at their job. I felt completely at ease. I needed to ring my bell twice whilst I was there and they came so quickly I was shocked (my first time going private and honestly you can tell the difference). Thank you to every member of staff for making this a positive experience.

My treatment and recent overnight stay was well above what I expected, the attention to care and consideration by staff at all times was magnificent. Thank you so much.

Excellent I can not fault the Service Consultant was 1st class Anesthetist was 1st Class as was the ward staff. Not forgetting Physio who also have been wonderful. Thanks to the whole team involved in my care .

Brilliant service from start to finish

What can I say!! From my surgery to the aftercare I am amazed. The nurses are so lovely. They have made me feel at ease throughout my entire experience. I was visiting the Nuffield for 8 weeks and all the nurses were fab! A special thank you to Lianne. She was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m so thankful Chloe
