I had a video consultation today with [name removed] and I had such a great experience. She went through my history so thoroughly and provided me with excellent advice and encouragement and also emailed me back exercises and information that I can do at home. Everything was explained really well and I appreciate the follow up care of another appointment and extra apparatus for me to collect being organised. I liked that it was a video consultation in my own home and that I was given a long appointment time so there was no rush and I had a chance to mention all issues I had and she had the time to explain what was going on to me too for my own understanding.
