I was very pleased with my physio therapy.
I was a bit put out that first appointment was a video link as didn’t think it was possible to assess correctly this way, the physiotherapist was very good throughout the whole process, I was given exercises to complete which were emailed across straight away, a second face to face appointment was set up at the first appointment this has taken place and extra exercises were added, a third phone appointment was put in place to see how things we’re progressing, was discharged from service with information about how to reaches service if needed.
