we had one of the most efficient and thoughtful nurses we have ever encountered, and are very thankful to her specifically. Obviously waiting time were a big negative. we have been in A&E for 6 and 1/2 hours and still have no idea what the problem is with mum. Not all staff were as efficient, with someone wanting to repeat tests we had already had.
