Gill Costello was fantastic. She was well informed and spoke from a place of great experience and knowledge. She's done best to create a friendly and respectful environment for her (27/04). Sorry I did not catch her name, was also very kind and respectful she initiated conversation during the procedure to distract from any discomfort. Both provided an excellent service to me and I felt well informed and lovingly supported throughout. Thank you both.
