Rheumatolody day care dept and its staff are really professionals especially Artiben Patel. Dakshaben Zaveri and Dona Gunasekera.
The quality of the care and treatment they after is really admiring and at par.
I have no adverse comment to offer toward any improvement as it seems pretty much perfect at the point of time.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was very helpful and nice.
The waiting time is something to be worked on but I believe there is outside the control of the staff.

Questions 3-7 conform what I think is good about rheumatology.
Sometimes the room can feel a bit cramped i.e. short of space. Some patients are accompanied; and most patients have their legs elevated during infusions which takes up space. Most patients have painful joints so they need to feel that people aren't going to bump into them.

I think more staff are needed many reasons vulnerable patients are being left alone doing things they shouldn't be doing showering etc.
Also cleanliness of toilets can be improved and monitored. Especially if patients are phone to informed apart from that nurses were great. Very helpful and accommodating.
