No complaints about the overall care. The staff are all extremely helpful. Sometimes a shortage of staff meant waiting for help.

Not myself was unwell but my mother 80+ years of age. Some staff rude - whilst I appreciate they work hard - compassion and civility - paramount. Whilst on H 3 no pressure receiving cushions/beds.
