GP should have sent me straight to the surgical triage unit. Instead, I was sgiven antibiotics and ended up in A&E due to severe pain. Overall I am disappointed that it has taken so long for me to be seen by the right people.

Very quick wait from seeing GP to hospital appt.
Nice to see female nurse practitioner rather than male consultant.

Staff are excellent. Really attentive and helpful. I don't mind waiting as I can see how busy the department is.
