The care is excellent, however better facilities could be provided. The waiting room is very small as most people bring at least 1 other person with them sometimes 2 and babies. It is very small.

My experience was good, positive and efficient.
Moving between departments on the day of surgery was a bit difficult but manageable.

I lost my way here and a gentleman in the MR section of the hospital kindly showed me the way.
The nurses in the breast clinic and doctor were fantastic and very helpful, putting me at ease.

I was a long time being re-diagnosed even though I had cancer before. I wasn't told about a serious tumour in my spine, only found out when I met with my oncologist. She is amazing Dr. Lancaster and I trust her with my life.

Waiting times can be a bit long but overall care has been excellent even when the clinicians are clearly under pressure. Information, written and verbal, has been clear and complete. Lots of support is available if needed.
