The staff that dealt with me throughout the different Dept's were absolutely fantastic. I'm talking maybe 25 to 30 fantastic staff members. They made me so welcome and were at hand if I needed anything - I wouldn't improve anything at this hospital as it is run superbly and efficiently

The doctors were good and the operating team but the staff (nurses etc) totally useless, unhelpful, rude, arrogant, filthy wards,filthy toilets, rotten mouldy food was given to me. Totally totally understand why people complain about the NHS now!

Staff the majority of staff are warm, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. My diagnosis in the earlier stages delayed my treatment by 4 days which caused an infection and condition to worsen. Once moved to ward F4 this changed.

The thing that struck me is how cheerful and friendly everyone was. They were also very efficient - nothing was too much trouble.
