I have no complaints about my care whatsoever. All the midwives were fantastic and treated me like I was their own daughter. This experience will last a lifetime with me for good reasons only.

All the nurses were kind & sensitive. And they didn't bother me too often.

The staff on the birth centre were excellent, I couldn't have asked for better assistance. They listened to me and gave me encouragement and I felt they really did care. My induction experience up to this point was not a good one and I will be submitting a separate complaint directly to the hospital about the ante natal ward. The room was home from home and it was lovely to be able to share a bed with my husband and have a sleep afterwards.

Many questions and problems were overcome. My wife was unable to go to see her GP. Here the service was a great help.

I do not rate the MAU ward that could be improved. However the birth centre and the following midwifes are a credit to you. I could not and would not want them to change. Best midwifes you could wish for.
