-Having familiar faces each visit, so that a good relationship can be built with staff. -Contact available via emails and phone out of clinic is good. -Any concerns or questions are looked at straight away, I felt well looked after. -Obstetrician is different each clinic, which is not so good, they can't read each other's writing. -Too hot in waiting room when waiting for hours.
